Back in gradual school, I used to get bothered constantly about how to do something or other on the network. Finally, I ended up having to charge people a nickel to get answers, since most of the time all they needed to do was read the fine manual. This drastically cut down on the number of interruptions. A friend of mine also got me a small desk sign that read “What do I look like, an answer booth?” which many people to this day comment on.
